Terms of Service

By browsing this site or making a booking, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the booking system — you're always welcome to call or message us directly instead.

Every renter must hold a driver's license — it is required at checkpoints and is never accepted as the deposit. Deposit requirements differ for foreign and local renters; see below. Rentals run in 24-hour blocks and the unit is due back at the same time it was collected; later is charged ₱150 per hour.

Same-day pickup carries no reservation fee. Advance bookings — any pickup date from tomorrow onward — require a reservation fee to hold the unit; it is non-refundable and counts toward your total. Dates cannot be changed once a booking is confirmed. Full detail is in our Policies.

These Terms cover your use of the website and booking system in general. Each individual rental is additionally governed by the signed rental agreement you complete at booking — it sets out the specific unit, dates, deposit, and condition of handover, and controls where it's more specific than these Terms.

Online reservation fees (GCash or card) are processed by our third-party payment processor under their own terms. The remaining balance and the cash deposit are settled in person at pickup — never online.

You agree to operate the unit lawfully, hold a valid license for it, and return it in the condition you received it, normal wear excepted. Units are released full-tank and must be returned full-tank.

You're responsible for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred while the unit is in your possession, and for damage beyond normal wear. Bringing the unit back late is charged ₱150 per hour, per our Policies.

A confirmed advance booking's dates are locked — the reservation fee that held it is non-refundable. If your plans change, message us as early as you can; we'll do what we reasonably can, but a refund or date change isn't guaranteed.

We maintain our fleet and hand over each unit in good working order, but riding carries inherent risk. To the extent permitted by law, NKWB Cebu Rentals' liability to you in connection with a rental is limited to the fees you paid for that rental. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Keep your account details accurate and your login private. Don't use the booking system to submit false information or to make a booking you don't intend to honor. Content on this site — text, photos, and branding — belongs to NKWB Cebu Rentals.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them will be brought before the courts of Cebu City.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date below.
