Policies

Every renter must hold a driver's license — it is required at checkpoints and is never accepted as the deposit. Deposit requirements differ for foreign and local renters; see below. Rentals run in 24-hour blocks and the unit is due back at the same time it was collected; later is charged ₱150 per hour.

Your ID is returned together with your deposit when the unit comes back in good order.

We require a passport/ID as deposit or a cash deposit, and we'll give you a rental agreement and receipt for the motorbike hire.

For foreign renters — even if accompanied by a Filipino

• Your actual passport (with Philippine stamp) as the deposit;
• or a cash deposit of ₱5,000 — or the same value in another currency — plus a photocopy of your passport;
• or your original ACR card, tagged as worker or permanent resident, as the deposit.

Please respect our policy. After some negative past experiences with foreign renters these requirements are non-negotiable. The average motorbike costs around $1,500 — we can no longer trade one for plastic IDs or papers that can't guarantee the renter will take responsibility. Let's treat each other with respect.

For Filipino residents NOT accompanied by a foreigner

Para sa mga Pilipinong residente na WALANG kasamang foreigner:

• Magdala ng 1 ORIGINAL at VALID ID para i-deposit: UMID/SSS, PRC, Passport, o National ID. WALANG CASH DEPOSIT.
• Driver's license (para ipakita sa amin).
• Bayad at mag-fill up ng agreement.

The renter MUST have a driver's license for checkpoint purposes. We do not accept a driver's license as the deposit, and you will be penalised for riding without one.

NO DRIVING EXPERIENCE, STRICTLY NO RENTAL. Thank you for understanding.

A ₱1,000 cash deposit is collected at pickup and fully refunded on return. The deposit is separate from your rental payment — it is never treated as part of the rate.

All units are released on a full-tank basis and must be returned full. Unleaded fuel only, refueled at reputable stations.

One helmet is included with every rental. Handle it with care: keep it off the ground, off the mirrors, and away from rain when parked.

Damage from misuse carries a ₱800 penalty per helmet.

Pick-up — collect your unit at the NKWB Cebu Rentals base, Cebu City. A mandatory ₱150 motorwash fee applies to pick-up bookings.

Delivery — we bring the unit to you. Drop a pin on the map when you book and the fee is worked out from the distance: ₱50 base plus ₱15 per kilometre, doubled because our rider makes the trip out and back. You see the exact amount before you confirm. We deliver up to 60km from the base; further out, message us and we'll quote it by hand. No motorwash fee on delivery.

Picking up today carries no reservation fee— you're collecting the unit now, so there is nothing to hold. Everything is settled at the counter.

A reservation fee applies to advance bookings — any pickup date from tomorrow onwards, because the unit comes off the board until you arrive. It counts toward your total: you pay the balance plus the deposit at pickup.

The reservation fee is non-refundable, and dates cannot be changed after confirmation. No reservation fee, no booking — the unit is only held once the fee is paid.

Rentals run in 24-hour blocks. You choose a pickup time, and the unit is due back at that same time on your return date. Bringing it back earlier is fine — the rate is per 24 hours, not per hour used.

The counter is open 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Bringing the unit back after your booked return time is charged ₱150 per hour, counted per started hour and settled at the counter.

Extra helmet — free. Choosing it just tells us whether to prepare one helmet or two.

Raincoat — ₱100each, and it's yours to keep.

For advance bookings, the reservation fee is paid online (GCash or card) to hold the unit. The remaining balance and the ₱1,000 deposit are settled at pickup.
