What do I need to rent a unit?

A valid driver's license and one (1) valid government ID. The ID stays with us for the duration of the rental and is returned with your ₱1,000 deposit when the unit comes back in good order.

How does the pricing work?

Rates are per 24 hours on a full-tank basis. Return the unit with a full tank. Longer rentals qualify for a lower long-term rate — ask us about weekly pricing.

Is the deposit really refundable?

Yes — the ₱1,000 cash deposit is returned in full when the unit is returned on time and in good condition. It's collected at pickup, not online.

Question 4

When do I have to pay a reservation fee?

Only for advance bookings — when your start date is more than 2 days away. The fee holds the unit for you, counts toward your total, and is non-refundable. Same-day and near-term bookings skip it entirely.

Can I change my dates after booking?

Not after confirmation — dates are locked once your reservation is confirmed. Double-check your dates before paying the reservation fee.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We deliver anywhere in the city; the fee depends on your location and is quoted per booking. Delivery bookings skip the motorwash fee. Pick-up is available at our base in Cebu City.

What's the motorwash fee?

₱150, mandatory on pick-up bookings only. Delivery bookings don't pay it.

What add-ons can I get?

Extra helmet, riding gear, GPS, and extra rider. You pick them during booking and see the price before confirming.

What fuel should I use?

Unleaded only, from reputable stations. Units are released full-tank and should come back full-tank.

What happens if I damage the helmet?

Accepted Answer

Normal wear is fine — misuse damage carries a ₱800 penalty per helmet. Treat it like your own and you'll never see the charge.
